Our dog had never been to a kennel and is usually watched by our family members. We were planning a vacation where she would not be able to join us and I was lost as to were to put her. When I found out about Ruth's services it was just what I was looking for and ideal for our furry member. Ruth is pleasant to deal with and it's very evident that she loves animals as my pup my pup barely wanted to leave after we returned from our vacation. She was right at home and cared for with love. We used Furry Tails during the summer to watch our 2 golden doodles while on vacation. Ruth was very professional and explained everything during the initial visit. She was accommodating for both drop off and pick up. She kept us updated through out our trip which was great. We would recommend her to all our friends and family with dogs, her love of animals is apparent the moment we met her. We already booked her for our upcoming trip this summer.

My husband and I took a 3 week vacation and thought our 2 dogs were going to be ok at a relatives apartment. They displayed extreme anxiety and were in distress, causing distress to their caregiver, continuous complaints of howling and having accidents around the house. In such stressful situation I asked Furry Tails Pet Services owner Ruth for advice, she was knowledgeable and experienced, we decided to take the dogs to Furry Tails. In spite of my old babies had never met Ruth, I was given the report (by my relative) that they connected, calmed down, ate and settled at Ruth's cozy home upon arrival. Ruth sent us daily reports, words can not describe the relief and gratitude we experienced once we saw our babies acting as if they were home. Furry Tails offered an outstanding nurturing, knowledgeable and clean care, my dogs found a home away from home and also a spa retreat at Furry Tails place.
